The Rotary Air-Lock system attaches to any DT series dust collector and provides a continuous, sealed discharge path for collected material. The rotating valve maintains a positive pressure seal — material exits, air doesn't.

The result: no bags to change, no production stops to empty collection chambers, and no conditioned air escaping through the discharge point. The system handles substantial volumes of industrial debris — wood chips, plastic shavings, and solid surface waste — without interruption.
